  • Not at all. HOME classes are suitable for all levels. Each session is guided with care, offering modifications so you can move at your own pace and feel supported.

  • A mat an Optional props like a chi ball, handweights, glute band, or Pilates ring can enhance certain exercises. Prop packs with everything you need can be purchased in our shop.

  • Each of the challenges have the equipment listed so you can see what is required. If you do not have the required equipment, it can be purchased through our online store.

  • Once you subscribe, you’ll receive full access to the HOME online library. Stream classes anytime, anywhere — on your laptop, tablet, or phone..

  • Yes. Our classes are mindful and adaptable. Listen to your body, modify exercises as needed, and move safely. For specific injuries or medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider before starting a new practice. If you are unsure please contact us Hello@homepilates.com.au

  • Classes range from 10–60 minutes. Even a short session can help you feel grounded, restore energy, and reconnect with your body.

  • Any movement is going to be good for you! However to To see and feel results  in mind and body we recommend 15-20 mins minimum a day 4-5 days a week.

  • HOME is about returning to yourself. We combine mindful movement, breath, and self-care, creating a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
